TZEDAKAH
An important part of the Hanukkah tradition is practicing Tzedakah, the act of charity. Please consider bringing a new or lightly used children’s book with you to donate. All donations will go to the The Jewish Coalition for Literacy, where volunteers share the wonders of the written word, the magic of books, and the joy of reading with children in the public libraries. For more info go to jclread.org or for more info about becoming a volunteer, contact Janet Parker, jparkersf@gmail.com.
