Jewish yoga for parents while holding a baby or practicing with a young child. No experience necessary; wear clothes you can move in. Rabbi Copeland is a trained yoga instructor and the spiritual leader of Congregation Sha’ar Zahav in SF.

Mychal is the author of “I Am the Tree of Life: My Jewish Yoga Book,” and she leads yoga sessions that are steeped in Jewish thought and prayer, melding breath and posture practice with Jewish ideas.

We always have great snacks, fun art supplies, and play spaces for older siblings too.
